Originally commissioned by @virigngalactic in 2004 to showcase the heightened comfort of their new airbus 101, but unexpectedly defunded in 2006, this project was commissioned to document the move away from horsehair chairs previously used by Virgin, and a step toward a new neoliberal synthetic that was more universally comfortable, ergonomic and slip proof, but with each benefit only available, non-sequentially and contemporaneously to club card holders it did not prove popular with their poorer passengers.
